'Husband and I had a wonderful stay here. Room on the 1st floor walked right out to pool and beach. There was a bit of construction going on but was fixed before we left. They were fixing some stairs. Always had open beach chairs with shade. We stayed in section 2 and they had many kids at pool so we just went to section 1. It was a great week and had man wonderful memories. Felt safe and the bbq area was a plus as we got fresh shrimp and grilled ourselves one night. Had all the supplies...

'This was my family‘s first time driving to los Palomas in Mexico, however, the accommodations, the dining options, the professional customer service, and the ease of getting around the facility, beach, and the entire grounds was seamless. The up-to-date and furnished condo was more than sufficient and met our needs. My wife and I look forward to returning here in the near future for yet another stay.'

'This house can fit your family plus half of Rocky Point. With all jokes asside, this home is the perfect family home. One bedroom alone can sleep 12 kids. There are a lot of steps so remember that considering the kitchen is on the top floor, but the view is worth lugging the ice chest up. We are farther out from town, but we like the privacy. We will definitely stay here again!'

'I have stayed in multiple beach villas on Sandy Beach and this one is the most beautiful home on Sandy Beach inside and out. It fit 14 of my closest adult family members very comfortably. We spent most of our time on the back patio enjoying our own private beach. The private hot tub was an added plus to our relaxing vacation. 'The condo has a great view of the ocean and the pools. The condo smelled old like mold. Throughout the day it would smell like sewer. The stove couls were all old and crooked. My pancakes were sliding and the soup spilled. I would not rent this condo again. '

'Beautiful modern place. The place needs some updates. It is set up for family. With friends, the bunk beds was good for children, not so such for adults. The water was lukewarm and no pressure. It seems to need a new water heater. Having the garage was definitely a plus for safety.'
