'1. The Staff are fine (Front Desk, Custodial, Breakfast)
All dealings with the local staff were great; friendly and
responsive. In particular, was Alma, the Chef in the
rooftop Breakfast room. Alma prepared any meal request,
always personable, with a smile.
2. The Room was terrible:
No clothes-hangers
No toilet paper
No towels
No bathmat
No washclothes
No soap
No shampoo
No shower door that closed
No telephone
No...

'Had a very good stay!
The only remark is that the WIFI is bad!! Bad connection in part of the suite.
Too much steps to connect to free wifi and some times limited or unable to connect.
When it works its fast enough but got like 3 different addresses for connection at the end and one was only for connection sitting in the lobby (as they informed).
Staff gave good advise for trips and saving money (up to 50%!), Organised by proffessionals for small groups 8-12P). Pick up was sharp...

'Superruim en net appartement. Enorm bed in de ene kamer (kunnen 3 personen) en vrij klein 2-persoonsbed in andere kamer (krap met 2 personen). Keuken klein, maar enorme koelkast met vriesvak. Veilig en zeer servicegericht. Waterdruk wel laag. Warm water keuken niet best, maar op te lossen met waterkoker. Douchekop is gefixeerd dus niet in te stellen of af te halen. '

'PROS:
Excellent, walkable location in vibrant Polanco surrounded by great food.
Hospital-grade clean throughout.
Charming mid-century building.
CONS & THINGS TO NOTE:
Street noise and bright streetlights interfere with sleep.
Elevator starts on the floor above reception, requiring you to carry luggage up the first flight of stairs.
Beds are quite firm (though didn't bother us).'
