'Appartamento nel cuore di Genova a due passi dal Porto Antico, dalla stazione Porta Principe e da tutti i punti di interesse. Pulito, luminoso e molto funzionale. Adatto per una famiglia di due adulti e due bambini. Ottima posizione e comunicazione con gli host sempre disponibili. Supermercati, ristoranti e bancomat vicinissimi. Posizione TOP! '

'We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The price/value is great. The shown pictures doesn’t do the property right, it’s way better. Three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, full kitchen and great garden with pool. We will be back!'

'Séjour très agréable dans un appartement tout confort et très design.Un ou deux points : le radiateur des deux salles de bain ne fonctionnait pas. Le robinet de l’évier de la cuisine était mal fixé, instable. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de lave-vaisselle. Un peu plus de vaisselle serait très apprécié. Et avec un lave-linge, nous resterions une semaine de plus ! Sinon, merveilleux séjour.'

' Minha estadia foi muito boa, principalmente no que diz respeito ao atendimento. Sempre que eu tinha alguma dúvida, era prontamente respondido. Inclusive, me permitiram fazer o check-in antecipado sem custo adicional, o que foi um diferencial. A localização também é excelente — tudo muito próximo, dá para fazer tudo a pé. Como ponto de atenção, recomendo ao proprietário que verifique a instalação elétrica do imóvel. Tenho experiência com vários imóveis e percebi que há algo fora do padrão: ao...

'Great location, right in downtown of Genoa, close to everything. I did feel there were too many things to fill out at the beginning but it was worth it at the end. Clean and with well written instructions for everything. '

'We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad met 2 gezinnen. De villa is erg mooi gelegen met uitzicht over zee. Groene terrassentuin waar we elke dag verse citroenen konden plukken. Heerlijke bedden, goed geslapen. De keuken is uitgebreid voorzien van alle nodige apparatuur. 3 badkamers met schoon sanitair.Flaminia is een lieve behulpzame host die ons hartelijk verwelkomde en waar nodig van tips heeft voorzien.We komen graag nog eens terug!'

'We had a wonderful week at the boathouse- it really is the most spectacular and unique place to stay. The view from the house is breathtaking with a vast kitchen and living area. Portofino and Santa Margerita are beautiful towns but very expensive! '

'This place is an amazing find and great value for what it has to offer. As part of LHP the appartment was done following the same look and ammenities of the 5 stars LHP Santa Margherita Palace Hotel (where I stayed last year and reviewed it with a 5 star rating). Clean, comfortable, with 2 full bathrooms and 2 bedrooms it is a lot more spacious than any hotel room if you don't mind not having every day service (I didn't). The large balcony offers spectacular views !'

"We hebben hier een goed verblijf gehad. Netjes ontvangen en uitleg gekregen over de parkeermogelijkheden. De kamers zien er netjes uit en de airco werkt. Op loopafstand van de hoofdwegen en een paar minuten wandelen naar het oude centrum. "

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was really welcoming and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Very close to the station and transport to the airport. Easy to explore the city on foot. We liked that we could also use the services from the savoie hotel (really nice cocktails at the rooftop bar)"

"We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad. De kamer was redelijk klein maar had een erg ruime badkamer. Er was standaard geen waterkoker op de kamer maar die kon je aanvragen. Op loopafstand heb je leuke terrasjes en kan je leuk winkelen. Geen parkeerplaats bij het hotel maar om de hoek kan je betaald parkeren voor €18 per dag. Let wel; de parkeerplaats gaat om 20u dicht tot de volgende ochtend 7:00u. "

"Prachtig hotel. Zeer schoon. Vriendelijk personeel en baas. Lekker persoonlijk. Zeer goed 5 sterren ontbijt. Prachtige omgeving. Makkelijk veerboot naar Portofino. Goede restaurants. Hotel zeker de moeite waard voor ons om terug te keren. Prachtig stadje. Echt een aanrader zeer goed hotel. Groetjes uit Holland "
