'Stayed in 2 bdrm, 2bth unit with our 2 teenage boys. Great location. Clean, quiet with very well maintained grounds, amd all necessities needed for a week vacation in unit. Excellent communication with property manager on any questions asked. Even though beach eroded, due to uncontrollable mother nature, actually really enjoyed walking right out of beach to chair loungers! Walking distance to camana bay center. Highly recommend '

'We absolutely loved the Grandview Condos! We were a little leery about staying in a condo community vs a known resort like the Ritz or Marriott, but we are so glad we did! Location was perfect - central to any excursion, easy to get in and out, and close to all the food and shopping. Our unit in particular was awesome! 'I had a wonderful stay at this lovely studio apartment! It was so cozy and quiet—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The space is surprisingly spacious, and the added bonus of a pool made it even better. I felt very safe with security cameras throughout the property. The owner was incredibly nice and super responsive to any questions I had. There’s also a laundry room on-site, which was super convenient for washing beach clothes. Highly recommend!'

From stunning ocean views, private beach (fully equipped with beach chairs and umbrellas), huge pool with swim up bar, a serene cove to snorkel in that is full of beautiful tropical fish, and more than enough space for the family - this condo is the perfect vacation spot on Grand Cayman! 'Our family of six thoroughly enjoyed our time staying at the Grandview. The full kitchen, dining area and family room, as well as the screened in porch, allowed us plenty of room to cook, gather, and relax together. There was a nice selection of board games, as well as beach chairs, snorkeling gear and beach towels/blankets. The pool and beach front areas were quiet and peaceful, with plenty of chairs, and there was a wonderful hammock hanging on the beach, under the shade of palm trees....

'We're water people and come to Spotts Beach to snorkel. This is a fantastic condo for that. Roll out of bed in the morning and it's just a few steps to the always available lounge chairs. Quiet beach, plenty of shade and the peace of mind that you can leave your things on your lounge chair and they'll be there when you're done swimming. This is an oasis. The condo is clean and has everything you need, but is simple. The spiral staircase to the upstairs loft may be an issue for some and the...

'The location of the condo within the complex is perfect; possibly the best unit available. You can see the ocean, pool, and beautiful sunset all from the unit. The screened in balcony is great for enjoying the outdoors without any mosquitoes or flies. The complex is centrally located on the island. The iron shore may be off putting until you realize how to access and enjoy the incredible snorkeling a few steps away. When we come back, it will definitely be when this unit is available.'

'We had the best time this week. Host was very easy to contact and the place was amazing. They literally have everything you need, from all the kitchen stuff, to beach gear. There’s even a screened in patio so the bugs don’t eat you in the morning or night. My only complaint is the water pressure/lack of in the master bath. But that isn’t something anybody can control.
