'The room I reserved was supposed to be a non-smoking king suite with a jetted tub. This room did not have a jetted tub and the room smelled strongly of paint or something chemical. Room was on the back side of property, which felt unsafe. Hotel was in poor condition, but looked to be under renovation.'

'Filthy with dog hair and stuck on food on floor. The furniture is severally stained with old food under the cushions. The front came to our room at 11 on the dot and told my wife that check out is 11 we knew and I was loading for an hour already. We were not at all satisfied with this hotel or the staff.'

'The night auditor was great and great customer service . I would have gave 5 starts but when entering the building the smell was offensive so I just knew my room was going to smell the same way and it did. '

'The floors were dirty, gum was stuck on the carpet, trash on the floor, the pantry liner from a bathing suite or something was stuck on the side table. The parking lot was a hangout. People were being loud out my window through the night. '

'Great stay! We arrived early with a baby and they allowed us to check in as soon as the first room was available for no extra charge. Tons of comfy seating in the lobby to wait if necessary. The property is new and clean. Room is spacious and had everything we need for us, our 9 year old and our infant. Definitely staying there again when we come into town. '
