'This home was extremely clean and well appointed. We were there for a family reunion and needed a home base and this was perfect. The home seems recently remodeled and was clean and had extras of everything you may need, it even had a blow up mattress. The bedroom with a twin bed would be better served with a double, but the air mattress made up for that. The roads in the community are not paved, be aware of that, and it’s a bit tricky to find with just gps, but after you are familiar with the...

'The property manager Heather was awesome !Saturday evening the heating cooling unit seem to be having some issues and she came out and even offered to move to a different cabin but it came back and it was working and it worked great the rest of the weekend'

'Three ladies getting away for a long weekend found a perfect oasis. This is a beautiful, quiet, property with a large private backyard. Perfect to enjoy time outside with the fire pit, yard games, a cook out. This place looks exactly like the pictures, everything is spotless and looks new. We had no problems getting checked in or out and our host was promptly available to message. We all enjoyed the beds and having our own rooms was so nice to relax. 'Perfect location for Softball tournament at USI field and Deaconess fields. Close to restaurants, stores, and whatever else might need. Neighborhood is really good! First time to Evansville area and wasn’t really sure what to expect, but had people walking, jogging, etc from morning to night. Even saw a Lorax Friday evening lol, that did a toe touch hop. College kids. Property was perfect for family of 4. Owner was very responsive prior to and during the stay. '

'Our stay was great! The host was very prompt to respond. He made two deliveries with items we thought were there. Beds were comfortable! We had a rehearsal dinner in the barn area with approximately 50 people. Plenty of seating and parking. It was a perfect location for a nearby wedding.'

'Samer was very responsive. The beds were comfortable. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and has a little outdoor balcony. Parking was street parking and we never had any issues finding a spot. The location is close to downtown and the Ford Center. The neighborhood is older and they are trying to refurb it. '
