'Love, love, love this place and will definitely be coming back if they'll have us. Lots of space to play games outside and spend some time with the family without other campers right next to you. You couldn't ask for more friendly hosts, everything was easy from checking in to checking out. They showed us around the property and told us about some of the springs as well. My mom's car broke down and they let us rent it for another night last minute, they have two grills and a above ground pool...

'The host's were very friendly and available. The property is in a great location and easily accessible to many natural attractions. The main road has a nice bike / walking path towards town. This is a typical farm / country setting that is comfortable. There are no extravagant furnishings, just a nice back yard, fire pit and rod iron lawn furniture with cushions. The above ground pool was welcoming but not ideal for getting in and out of at our age. There is a small bathroom with a shower...

'Room was clean and had updated flooring. AC worked great which is important in Florida during the summer. Front desk folks were very kind and helpful. Room was quiet. '

'The facility met all expectations as a basic, older, roadside motel in a small, rural town, run by a family who lives next to property. It was clean, but furniture and interior spaces are dated and worn. It served the purpose of an overnight stay prior to a kayak trip the next day. Staff was friendly, ice machine worked, water was hot NOT fancy, but served the purpose, given the reasonable price point. '

'Beautiful small town close to the springs and softball fields of Newberry. The home was a perfect oasis with kicking air conditioning and plenty of space for everyone. I'd definitely come again if we're in the area. '
