'House on river was everything as said in discrimination- very clean -nice landscaping- updated kitchen and baths-comfortable beds and furniture-plenty of room to spread out. Heated pool and hot tub and grill a plus. Dock was a great place to watch spectacular sunsets and fish. The amenities were above and beyond . There were 8 in my family and we were all comfortable and happy with neighborhood and convenience to restaurants,shopping and beach. Management was a phone call away if you needed...

'Communication with Faith was excellent and she was very helpful with all aspects of the rental and answered all questions. The house was very clean and was set up like a high end hotel. The pool was clean and great to swim in. The jet ski rentals were the star of the trip and were so much fun! What a beautiful house and lake! I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this to family and friends! '

'The cabin was very cozy and floor plan opened up for great family time. The outdoor patio was very relaxing and the extra dock with the swing was nice and pleasant Would definitely stay again or recommend Michael the home owner was quick to respond and very easy to relate with '

'What a wonderful property. It EXCEEDED our expectations!!! From the extra amenities of the volleyball court to the mini soccer field, golf putting green, buggie board and pool floatees even down to the board games, hammock and baby swing - a kid's (and parents) dream. Kitchen was exceptionally well thought out with every little "gadget " you could think of. We actually own several rental properties ourselves, but this was our first time being a [renter] at someone else place...boy were we...

'The property was very clean inside and out. It was lovely to sit out on the deck at night as there always seemed to have a breeze. A beautiful tree in the back was very shady.The inside kitchen is lovely and big and had all we needed. We REALLY enjoyed this home and would go back in a heartbeat.'

'I stayed for a whole weekend with a friend at this property and we had a very pleasant experience there. The house is beautiful, clean, spacious, well equipped and meticulously organized. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The location is very convenient, you can enjoy a relaxing lake view and visit one of the most spectacular beaches of Florida: Sanibel and Captiva Beach.
