'The room was clean, bed was comfortable. The shower was good but the sliding door did not close all the way. But it was hot, the pressure was good. And most important to me: the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Plus I liked the expanded television channels which was an added nice touch to relax after driving all day. '

The owner(s) genuinely care about this place as a business and that was apparent from the very first interactions. Bring your own breakfast or have time to head to a restaurant in the morning because you won't get a decent breakfast here. No restaurants in the neighborhood, have to drive 30 mins to Big Spring for mediocre options or 45 mins to Midland for decent...
