'Esperanza was so nice, helpful. Our room (King w/Spa tub) was large, roomy & clean; bed was very comfortable - overall, better than expected. The only issue was that we wanted to use the indoor pool. The area & pool were immaculate, but it hadn't been heated ☃️so it was too cold to use.'

'Sort of a hidden gem in 'the middle of nowhere'. Located almost on the I5, but absolutely no noise in the rooms, so that was a great start. Just as the check in by the really friendly staff. We would recommend dining at Farwood Bar & Grill in Orland 'Downtown'. Best burger I had ever had and a 'local' feel'. This town incl. hotel was a great experience.'

'The place was clean, did not see any critters. I know many people like the low price. Funny thing I slept excellent, most hotels/motels I never sleep the first night. I was in bed by 9:30pm wonderful! I would stay again.'

'The home was large and spacious and it met our accomodation needs. I loved the large, beautiful, shady front yard. We didn't feel comfortable using the back yard since people lived right there. Parking on the street was a bit difficult on the long weekend. Lots of others cars we parked on the street. Overall it was what I had hoped for.'

'Everything was fine. There was an issue with train noise, but it was minor. All homes on that side of town hear some noise. The heater worked fine and all rooms were clean and in good condition.The hosts were easy with which to work.'

'The location was perfect for our stay. The house was sparse in amenities, but had great design, and was clean and comfortable. I would recommend providing a few more blankets, kitchen towels, and tissues. A few more extras would have made the stay a bit more comfortable. '
