'Mooie ruime studio. Geheel up to date. Lekkere regendouche en goede WiFi. Verblijf was uitstekend bevallen. Er staan 2 ‘gemakkelijke’ stoelen waarvan er 1 echt niet prettig zit. (Stuk hout in de rug) Dit is het enige minpunt.'

'A gorgeous, clean, very affordable, peaceful cottage. In walking distance to shops and across from a lovely lake. Plenty of room for the dog too. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Ian was very contactable. Easy drive to Daylesford and Ballarat. Will definitely be coming back. '

'It looks like the host lives in the house every day, other than when she has a booking. Her personal stuff and clutter is everywhere in the house. Sofas in lounge was covered with stuff, like a dinner tray left out, clothing, bags of old stuff. Clothing A-frame was in the house. Sheets on the washing line outside. Stained rugs. Vomit patch. 'We normally stay in the city when we go to the footy but this time decided to stay out on the peninsula. We already knew that 13th beach golf course was one of the best around so we had fairly high expectations of their accommodation and we weren’t disappointed. 'Place was very cosy particularly the heaters on cold winters day. Location was ideal, just of the highway, 4k to city centre, on arriving very tired fish and chip store only 2 doors away and then after a long day at Sovreign Hill the next day just 8 doors the other way to the pub. Very clean. I certainly recommend this property.'

'Charleson farm is magical! The hosts were Fantastic- super responsive and great communication before and during our stay. The house was beautifully presented and the property was so much fun to explore. Having the ponies just outside the window (they checked first with us if this was ok or we wanted them in the paddock) was so much fun for everyone. "Goed hotel voor zeer acceptabele prijs in een mooi park. Vlakbij baai van Geelong. Receptie was overigens onderbemand, slechts 1 dame die alles tegelijk moest doen. "
