'no staff at the front desk. rang the doorbell twice to check in and then had to call 2 different numbers before an extremely annoyed employee came to help me. hotel smelled of cigarette smoke, rooms very dirty.'

'Reserved this property for the 4th of July weekend. The house was the perfect size for my husband, son and I. Perfect location as well. Tim was amazing to work with! I had an ‘oh crap’ moment on our way to the vrbo and realized for some reason my reservation was for 2026, next year! I frantically messaged Tim and he called me right away and got everything straightened out! '

'Quiet; we did not hear the train. Very handy access to grocery store. Fenced back yard with dog door. Reasonable distance to golf course and downtown. Easy check in and check out. Lots of towels. Kitchen well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. Friendly neighbor. Some beds were not private. '

'The location was perfect for exploring Fort Laramie, the Oregon Ruts, the Registry Wall and Guernsey State Park. Afterwards it was wonderful to come back to enjoy a quiet evening in the cabin. The decor was perfect and it was fully stocked with everything needed. Julianne was very responsive and helpful. We would stay here again and recommend it to others!'
