'This was a great weekend trip for me and my bf’s bday! It was a super hot weekend but AC kept up pretty well. Great communication! Lots of lakes near by like Elk Lake and lots to do in Glenwood which is close. '

'My parents, my husband, son and I stayed at this farmhouse for two nights while we explored the area around Kensington where my parents grew up in the 1930's. The location is super beautiful and peaceful. We loved watching the birds feed, the deer, and all of the flowers and trees. The quiet was spectacular. We also saw sandhill cranes, trumpeter swans and other wildlife. The house was so clean and had everything we could want. The kitchen was so well stocked with dishes and other amenities....

'Perfect for our 4 day/3 night summer getaway. Cabin included so much to enjoy our stay. The AC worked terrific and the dock was connected directly to the deck making super easy access to swim, fish and kayak. We loved the large deck, bbq grill & fire pit as well. '

'We came with extended family…grandparents down to middle school aged grandchildren. The cabin was clean and spacious. Everyone had their own space but we had lots of room for family games and meals. We loved the kayaks and it was easy to get our boat in the water and hooked up to the dock for tubing and skiing. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking big meals and the bathrooms were well stocked with towels. We had a great time celebrating the 4th of July as a family and the cabin was...

'The Boar's Abode was the perfect place for a weekend getaway. There was plenty of room for our entire family. The kitchen worked great for cooking all of our meals and grilling outside was great. The massage chair was a popular relaxation spot for the teens and young adults. Would definitely rent this place again. '
