'Property was decently clean and the bed was comfortable. However, all the wood surfaces were sticky, not to the touch, but if you sat anything on them, it stuck. All rooms were full and the parking spaces are very narrow, which was an iffy situation with all the big trucks in the area.'

'The floor was dusty (but this is northern Texas with high winds) so it was expected. Staff was friendly and helpful (both afternoon and morning staff). The breakfast was filling with options and they changed the menu each day. We had control with the air conditioning so we were able to change from cooling to heating with the change of the weather. Overall was acceptable for a place to stay for a couple of days. '

'Absolutely amazing ranch retreat! Incredibly quiet and peaceful, surrounded by abundant wildlife. The hosts were exceptionally attentive and kind, making the stay even more enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!'
