'Our trip was fantastic. We had a few questions when we checked in and Dean/Team were very helpful and informative. We spent the majority of our time in the theater and it was all you could ask for. We plan on making this our annual house for our yearly guys weekend. '

'The place is very quaint but a bit tight for our group. For example, you could not open the basement door and the back door at the same time. This made unpacking and reloading a challenge. The downstairs "lounge" was somewhat finished with painted walls floor and overhead. Very low ceilings down there as well. My 6'4" husband banged his head more than a few times. Not sure the basement bath and bedroom addition would considered code as there was no egress from the basement. But our stay was...

'The owner was very prompt, professional and friendly during booking and pretrip arrival. The home on the Kankakee River had comfortable furniture, beds and chairs.The kitchen had all high -end and functional appliances. Sadly the weather did not cooperate during our 4 night stay for us to enjoy the various outside seating areas at the house and along the scenic river.We were even allowed to park inside a garage.I would definitely stay here again and reccomend this proprty as a 6 STAR haven!I...

'It’s super close to downtown Yorkville!! So in the months with better weather it would be perfect to stay and walk to the few restaurants downtown and little shops and the river area. We arrived a little early and the host let us in and was able to change the codes around so we could check in as it was cold out! So super accommodating helpful!! Also the garage is a bonus but anything larger than a mid range suv is not going to fit as parking is tight! The only issue we had was the neighbors were...

'Close to downtown Ottawa which made it very convenient for our weekend activities. The home is located next to a railroad track; there were a handful of trains that passed through while we were there but nothing too disruptive. Plenty of room in the apartment.'
