'Le Sangay est l’hotel emblematique de Baños.La quasi absence de touristes rend la situation difficile ce qui fait que certains clients paient beaucoup moins cher que le prix d’Expedia…cela est visible comme le nez au milieu d’un visage c’est totalement frustrant.En corolaire le petit déjeuner est celui d’un hôtel bon marché.Le spa est minuscule,quant à la piscine l’eau n’est plus chauffée et est est mal nettoyée.'
