'Lovely hotel just outside town and in a great location convenient for an early morning trip to Tigers Nest. Surrounding area is lovely. Beautiful mountains. Hotel has a very pretty garden to sit in and to relax after your climb to the monastery! Staff are charming. Room that we had was large, clean. Good bathroom and shower. Comfortable bed and pillows. Restaurant good. Local, Indian, Chinese food and French fries which were great. Would certainly recommend!! '

Beds are great, washrooms and bedrooms are super clean and have great attention to detail. Staff is fantastic. If you need something, it's just a call away and they respond right away. 'It is a very nice hotel in the heart of the downtown but yet very open and with good views. the staff behaviour is excellent. the spa at the hotel is the Excellent and the staff is fully trained and conversant with the techniques. Only the food section need some improvement. the taste and preparation of the food was not upto the mark and chef and their cooking staff need to be trained properly. '

'This is a brand new hotel with good buffet breakfast. Rooms are great and spacy. It locates in the heart of the city. It is very easy to get around. The hotel is under Thai management and offers Asian and western foods. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The manager Kris is absolutely fantastic. I will certainly stay there again next time when I visit Thimphu.'

'We had a spectacular time. In addition to a beautiful property the entire staff were exceptionally good and caring. The hotel has excellent food, great outdoor activities. Two areas to improve, the access road and the gym where the machines did not work well. Overall a wonderful stay.'
