'We got to check in early, and loved our entire stay, couldnt figure out the tv but if wed asked we would have been fine. No need for tv on this beautiful weekend! We paid it forward leaving coffe pods and some sweetener, and forks but they were provided! Shower was aweso.e but slippery floor... loved this accommodation!!!!'

'Had a class reunion with friends from across the country for 1 week. Appreciate the large space, including 5 bedrooms to accommodate our party. Found there to be a lot of issues with the home however; broken toilet, kitchen chair, door handles, etc. Also did not have adequate amount of dishware for our large party to enjoy dinners together without staggering. This was communicated to owner who quickly dropped off appropriate amount of dishware/silverware, etc, we appreciated her promptness to...

'The home was beautiful and well kept, everything we needed to make Christmas dinner was right there, and the coffee bar, snacks and items to do laundry and dishes were wonderful! The neighborhood was peaceful and in a safe location. We felt right at home! '

'Shangri-La met our needs for a couple days in Juneau. The whole unit is very big. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom is great, and I loved that it had a washer/dryer. The sitting area is just ok but it could use a chair. Also, it was not made clear in the amenities that it does not have a regular stove and oven. It has a double cooktop you need to get out of a drawer and a single burner cooktop. They do not heat up like a regular stove. They do have a pretty big toaster...
