'A really lovely accommodation with the most incredible views. The room was clean and spacious with a balcony so you wake up to a view of the mountails The host Priyanatha is so warm, welcoming and always available to help. Breakfast was lovely (especially the hoppers). A short walk (or tuk tuk) into town. Loved my stay here! Thank you!'

'Property is like 1 km away from the main Ella town , but scheduled but the view from the hotel is amazing , best sunrise view, nicely managed , staff is amazing and very helpful '

'het hotel ziet er van buiten mooi uit zo op een berg. maar binnen valt het zwaar tegen. mijn klacht werd niet op teruggekomen. toen we een dag niet kwamen ontbijten werden we wakker gebeld waarom niet. het eten is van een matige kwaliteit vergeleken met de prijs die je er voor betaalt. je kunt beter een hotel in Nuwara zelf boeken.'

'Wat een geweldige ervaring! Een prachtig gebied en een geweldige manager! Bij binnenkomst een zeer vriendelijke man met een glimlach op zijn gezicht. Nihal, de manager, verteld je met alle liefde over zijn land en over de Do's en de Dont's. Hij geeft jou het gevoel van vakantie en een beetje meer! Het hotel heeft een geweldig uitzicht op de Ella Rock. Het gebied is adembenemend om te gaan wandelen en was in onze ogen het mooiste van Sri Lanka. '

The hotel has an amazing collection of plants in the garden. Easy access to adventure activities and trail to Mini Adams Peak. Breakfast had variety of choices and food was tasty. Great value'

'Wow—best view on town! When I got to the property, I felt like “I don’t even need to go hiking, this view beats anything I could hike to.” You can literally see and hear a waterfall from the balcony! Super nice staff, good food, including a particularly nice breakfast spread. A little bit of a pain to hike up there from town, but doable in 10 minutes or a very short tuktuk. 'Stunning views, especially of the waterfall. Spacious and clean room. Our balcony was extra large! They served a very delicious breakfast for a good price. We actually enjoyed it more than when we ate in town. The internet was a problem though, it did not work or was so slow it was unusable, but thankfully we had a hot spot to take video calls for work. Would definitely recommend as long as you don’t need internet. '

'we had a lovely time in Galway Heights. We really liked the location in a small rural road close to a hindu temple and small village and in the tea plantations. Breakfast was very nice, and the staff very attentive. The only grievance was the lack of elevator. We would definitely recommend this.'

'This place is magical! Truly a stay in the jungle. There’s no road to the cabin so the last part you have to walk on the railway. However the staff were really helpful and carried our suitcases the whole way - so do recommend to pack lightly. The place was amazing and the staff were so kind and helpful. Highly recommend! '

'The rooms were very clean and nice. We were very warmly welcomed and the staff was always friendly and very helpful. Very tasty breakfast. Highly recommended. Everything here was beautiful in nature. A whole cabanna to yourself with lots of things to use. I would not recommend this hotel with heavy suitcases as there are a lot of steep stairs where it is very tedious to carry the suitcases. Rather backpacks.'
