'Great staff'

'The hotel was decent. When we arrived to check in that evening, there was no one at the front desk. We ran the bell that they had there and no one came. We waited for 15 min in the lobby for a staff person to come so we could check in. The staff was friendly but just didn't seem to understand the importance of having someone at the front desk, not only for check ins but also for security purposes. 'Staff was wonderful upon checkin. Helpful and friendly and knowledgeable about the amenities. The entire property was very clean, and well taken care of. The room was amazing, also clean, and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean and it was wonderful that the soaps and shampoos were all dye free. If we were to be back in the area we would most definitely stay again.'

'Budget stay and what I expected. Clean. Quiet, etc. What was disappointing was they advertised breakfast included. Wasn't expecting a full buffet, but at least a continental with some pastries, cereal at least. When I found the service area empty, I inquired where the breakfast service was located, I was offered a choice of an apple or banana.
