'The door to get in said room key was needed but that was broke. There was a used towel on the hook in the bathroom and the hotel seat was gross from how old it was. Updates needed. The smell was awful in the whole place'

'Terrible service and the room was not secureable. The ground floor window was not able to be locked and easily accessible from the outside. The staff not only was unhelpful but left me (a woman traveling alone with children) in an unsecurable room and did not help. We ended up leaving and booking a hotel elsewhere. They would not provide a refund.'

I told the front desk person that it was already paid for but he insisted that the charge didn't go through. I paid at the front desk for the room. I then saw BOTH charges appear on my statements.
