'Pictures and hotel website are a bit deceiving. Was expecting a higher level of cleanliness and hospitality. Especially the shower curtain had hairs and even a feather in it (don't know how they managed). The carpet is grey so don't want to think about how dirty it may have been. Breakfast is basic and plastic cutlery, plates, etc only. Would not stay again.'

'This location was perfect for us. Easy on and off the highway. The staff was very professional and welcoming. Our room was clean and comfortable. The air smelled fresh but the scent in the lobby trigered my allergies. May I suggest you tone it down?'
