'when we arrived to check in there was no one in the office. There was a note saying to get key off the door at the pro shop, no key was on the door. We were then stuck in the middle of no where at 2 30 in the morning. Very poorly ran establishment. Would never stay there.'

'The king suite I booked was double booked and I was sent next door to Day's Inn, given a small king room that was visibly dirty with the hardest bed ive ever sat on. Also my drivers license was not returned(part my fault for not paying attention) though the person who waited on me was friendly at both places. I suppose this is more about Day's Inn than Super Stay but the fact that the room i booked for a getaway night was sold to someone else reflects badly on Super Stay. Left without spending...
