'What I loved most about the place is very friendly and helpful staff. I got a welcome present for the holiday season and there was mulled wine available 24/7 at the reception. With windows closed, the noise from the railway is practically unperceivable. It was nice to have a kitchen as well. The installations, however, need renovation and refurbishment and the rooms could be cosier and more welcoming as they currently feel like a dorm or a hospital. 'Very nice room. Large terras. Close to the train station. Shops and restaurants in the nearby "Les Halles" shopping center. Staff at the reception could be a bit friendlier though. Comfortable bed. Microwave oven available. No hassle with obligatory cleaning fees.'

'We chose this accommodation as a stopover on our way back to the Netherlands. We arrived late and received clear instructions to collect our room key from the key safe. The next morning, we were able to check in at the reception without any problems. Breakfast was very good, with fresh products of high quality. 'Very comfy double bed (not two single beds put together), nice cosy room, very close to the center. Could be a bit cleaner, we found a cockraoch in the room. The hotel can not print you an invoice for the total price you paid to Hotels.com. Quiet street. WIFI works well.'

'Klasse - es ist für jeden etwas dabei. Die Küchengeräte sind perfekt für große Gruppen.Der Pool war für die Kinder ein Traum. Der Tennisplatz hat auch allen Altersgruppen gefallen. Man kann um das Objekt ganz tolle Spaziergänge machen. Die Lage ist top, ein Supermarkt ist 3 Minuten entfernt, es gibt Bäcker und Metzger direkt in der Nähe! Es passt alles. Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung, zum schlafen ideal. Die meiste Zeit verbringt man ja hauptsächlich in der Gruppe und nicht auf dem Zimmer. Im'

"Hotel is advertised with valet parking, but there is none. They have 7 parking spots and then you have to drive to the nearby parking garage. Walking with your big suitcases through the city. Not 5 star worthey. And the garage is only suitible for smaller cars. I booked 3 nights and had to go in and out the garage 12 time, damaging 3 of my wheels wich will cost me serious money to repair. So all the platforms and websites stop advertising this hotel with valet parking, there is none. 4 star hotel max. The food in the restaurant was not 5 star hotel restaurant worthy. Room was good and clean."
