'The air conditioner did work at a minimum. There's no water in the pool I doubt there's any water in there for years. This place was obviously used by people that live there by the week. I wouldn't send anybody there'

'Accommodations and house layout was excellent for our family.. House was adequately clean and kitchen suited a larger group very well. Dock and boat were also nice. Host was very responsive to all questions and issues. Property is just in need of several repairs - one being the bridge that you must cross to enter. It needs replacing very badly...has terrible splinters and loose boards. Host did send mats to cover while we were there. Other smaller issues were dock lights did not work and kids...
