'I was charged twice for my pet. First charge was $25 and it was fine as the rules mention this charge. Second charge was $20.95 for a "pet" room as the officer explained in a phone conversation. Believe paying $46 for a pet is a bit too much. And even if the hotel uses to charge double prices for a pet, it should be mentioned in the rules. Otherwise, it looks like a hidden fee.'

'I always stay at Hilton properties but this one was really gross. Our feet stuck to the carpet and were black walking around in the room. The sheets had stains on them and the toilet had poop on the side. There were like 2 snack options downstairs. I would recommend the Holiday Inn Express across the street.'

'The house was fine overall but a few things would greatly improve the experience. The fridge constantly makes ice and cannot be turned off. It overflows and leaks on the floor. The water dispenser doesn’t work, so there is no need to have the water connected. The oven, air fryer, and bbq need a good cleaning. We noticed cooking utensils that were dirty also. The bed creaked and the plastic mattress cover crinkled every time we moved which made sleeping for us quite difficult. I did mention the...

'We had a great stay. All the amenities are up to date, clean and in great shape. There were all the incidentals that you might expect at a fancy hotel. There is a nice fenced area where we could take our dog out. The heated garage was nice too and had a ping pong table and foosball table. We definitely recommend.'

'The grounds are incredible. The café is bare bones in the mornings, however the coffee is amazing. The kitchen did a nice job with after hours food. We were there during a wedding so lots of noise. Note, no daily housekeeping. Will stay there again overall, a beautiful location, helpful staff, and lots of amenities to choose from. The room was well equipped, and the bed was very comfortable.'
