The only thing that could be improved were to warn at booking time that the digital key would not be "released" until you paid a damage deposit of £100 which required a lot of stress when you just want to get access to the property. 'There was sufficient work and rest space, and all amenities were in place. It was close to transport and shops, a home away from home. But 10am check out time seemed a bit like jumping out of bed, straight to the street! And the check-in time is 4pm. It might work better for check-out time to be 11am, and check-out time, 3pm, like several other facilities. This is now my go-to place for stays in Coventry. '

'Walking distance from World Resort Arena and Birmingham International train station. Super convinient if yiu are attending a concert or event nerby. Price is extremely low considering for the area. Ower is super nice and had no problem reaching him to sort out payment issue. Highly recommend 👌 '
