'Location was perfect, centered between Arcadia & Port Charlotte. Clean and nicely furnished. Wrap around porch and decorative lighting was relaxing. Internet had some Buffering at times (t-Mobile) but was adequate! The Best part was of course the man cave. Would be a great place to meet with friends for a weekend! 'We have been doing this vacation every year for many years now. This year was the 1st year we moved to a new house. Between all our group we rent roughly 5 house around Lake June. This house was the perfect setup for our group. It provided ample space, had great lake access accommodating all the lake activities we love and had a great setup for the pool. 'I NEVER write reviews. But the hospitality and overall property condition were so good, I had to write one. We booked the cottage for a couple's weekend. The property is gorgeous and perfect for what we needed. In addition, the owners provided snacks, wine and instructions to leave the cleaning completely to them. Was one of the best vacation rental experiences I've encountered. In addition, downtown Sebring just received an HGTV makeover and is a great visit.'
