The layout worked well since all the bedrooms with comfy beds are upstairs. You are really able to unwind. Jack communicated efficiently and quickly from start to finish. "Dit hotel is ons erg tegengevallen. De reviews vielen niet tegen maar het hotel des te meer. De kamers en bedden waren goed. Maar het was zeer luidruchtig met gasten van discutabel niveau. Een keer is zelfs de politie geweest om iemand op te halen. De ontvangst was buitengewoon slecht. We waren met een groep. Aanvankelijk werd er doodleuk gezegd dat we niet gereserveerd hadden. Toen werd deze wel gevonden, eerst maar voor een beperkt aantal gasten maar na ruim 1,5 uur (!!!) had iedereen eindelijk z’n kamer."
