'We made last minute changes to our July off-road plans. This meant finding a new spot over a holiday weekend that allowed dogs ASAP. BJ quickly responded to my Facebook post about the opening and was very welcoming! We thoroughly enjoyed the weekend in Evarts! We loved the location to the trails! Excited to come back for Fall Crawl with our group! '

'Get cabin and custom service. It was perfect for our group and right next to the trails which was very convenient. Will definitely stay again.'

'The property is great. Very well kept both inside and out.The rear porch by the bubbling brook is very enjoyable. The view from the front porch is great as well. Plenty of clean towels and wash clothes. Only 2 minor items to mention. The water in the shower is poor and the front door gets stuck on the uneven floor. These items did not affect our stay. We would recommend this property to anyone. '

'In town but no near neighbors; comfy and fun for close friends/relatives. (1 bath) Some antiques and restaurants close but quiet and clean'

'We enjoyed our weekend at the cozy cottage on the Cumberland gap. The only thing I would improve on is the bed that is very creaky. Also communication was minimal. I couldn’t see the links given in the message and the hosts didn’t respond to my question. All good though because it was just as pictured. '

'What a lovely place to stay in the mountains of southwest Virginia. We visit BSG nearly every year for a family reunion. The only decent hotel in town has seen better days and we wanted something more comfortable. This trip was my 84 year old Dad and me. He LOVED it and so did I!!!The owners took care to think of everything when renovating this house. From being able to make our fresh coffee from the provided supplies to the fabulous shower I wish I had at home — everything was perfect! We look...

'Cabin was very nice and clean as described. There was plenty of outdoor activities but also clod to places to go out to eat. We had a fun and relaxing getaway. Would highly recommend this place. '

'Very nice 2 bedroom unit that looks to have been renovated recently. The kitchen was small but the space was maximized nicely and had everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinner a few nights during our stay. It was comfortable and located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the highway.We're looking to move to that part of TN next year, and during our next trip out to look at property, we will definitely be booking with Julie again. '
