'The hotel stay was extremely disappointing. The rooms were dirty, the cleaning was terrible, and there was a strong, awful smell in the corridors. The manager even said they cook in the rooms, which is a fire hazard and a huge safety issue. Despite booking a non-smoking room, it smelled strongly of smoke. The entire property should be non-smoking, but even the rooms failed this standard. I would give zero stars if I could—completely unacceptable.'

'The key we had didn’t work. We were at the very end so we had to walk all the way to the front for another key. It was late and chilly. The front desk staff was very friendly and apologetic. Room was clean. Bathroom was tiny. The air didn’t work that well. '

Omgeving niet veel eetgelegenheden behalve McDonalds, in onze tijd veel werklui die niet altijd even rustig waren op de gangen vroeg in de ochtend als laat in de avond. Goeie uitvalsbasis voor zowel Pittsburgh als Berlin en Millersburg (Amish country).'

'The property seemed somewhat run down although the room was clean. The internet wasn't working in some rooms, including mine. I was told I could use the internet in the breakfast room, in the main part of the building where the check-out counter is. So I only had internet when I left my room. The phone didn't work in my room. The tv worked so I found some good shows to watch and that got me through with a smile on my face. I liked the smell of the soap in the room and I liked the 2 bed...

'We appreciated the space and updates to the room. The room was clean and loved the updates to the bathroom. We would definitely choose this hotel again. The breakfast was as expected with the usual cold and hot items. My only criticism is that the beds are a bit firm, pillows were flat, and the sink didn’t drain well, but I’ve stayed at worse places. '

'The heat didn’t work , I booked a room with a single queen bed and they wanted to switch us to a room with two beds, there was trash in the lobby, animals outside of hotel and cats in the lobby '
