'The layout took a minute to figure out, but once we did it was great! Lots of room to spread out and relax. The game room was the big hit for the kids and the big kids. The kids loved sleeping in the space room. We didn’t use the outside area much because it was pretty hot out, but thankful there was a fenced in back yard!'

'This is the third time we have stayed here and it was as good as always. Nice quiet, safe neighborhood and great location to get around Omaha. It’s great for our dog cause it has a fenced in area and plenty of other yard to walk her. The house is simply a cute little ranch that’s all you need. Plenty of parking and space for family to come and hang out. '

'Same issues as others in the review. Drove 3 hours to get there just to have no check in instructions. Neither myself nor Vrbo could get in touch with the host so after about an hour and a half, I ended up turning around and going home. How this property is still listed is beyond me. '

'The property and neighborhood was as described and it fit our needs. Suggestions:We think we are tech savvy, but maybe not. Add a tutorial for working the TV. The apps froze often and we had problems getting them unstuck.The living room is a little cramped for two old folks AND two Grandkids. Maybe another chair?The dining area chairs are VERY hard. Seating pads would go a long way.A full size kitchen trash bin should be added.'

'This property was extremely clean and perfect for our family. We loved the pool, hot tub, sport court and putting green. The neighborhood was great and close to retail and restaurants. The owner was very helpful and responded quickly to anything we needed. '

'Charming home. Beds were comfortable & home was clean. The master suite upstairs was hot when we got there, but we were able to get the window a/c unit going so by the time we went to bed that night it was cooled down & was able to keep it cool the whole time we were there. I’d recommend checking that room as soon as you get there so you have a couple of hours to cool it off if needed. There’s a small side yard and table and chairs on the back patio that were nice too. 'This place was a lot of fun!!! I would strongly recommend it if you want a place that has a lot of comfortable beds and fun activities at the house for everyone to do! Also, there is great communication from the property manager/owner. They are quick to answer any potential questions. The check in process is also very easy. Would strongly recommend this place!'

'We had a lot of small kids, the pool temperature was perfect, think 86 degrees, the kids swam in the pool probably 8 hrs per day. Everything is good shape and we had a good time. Location is very good for getting to downtown. The mall at Gene Leahy park was also a big hit with the kids. Family would stay there again. '
