'It was a great first camping trip for the kids. The safari tent was well-heated, included all items we needed and had the perfect decor to make our stay welcoming. Some drawbacks were the mattress (needs a new, updated mattress so you don't roll into the middle), the close proximity to the interstate (the traffic noise at night was loud for us) and the EMF towers that were at the entrance of the campsite. 'We did not spend a large amount of time in the cabin, as we were there for a men's conference at the Ark Encounter. Jonathan, the host was very friendly. The cabin was well kept and clean. I plan to rent the cabin again next year. I do want to confirm that the ceiling in the loft is only about 3 to 3-1/2 ft high. My son and I slept there, and we are both over 6 ft tall. 'I suspect this would be a reasonable property for a long term guest but is not ideal for short term stays. I spent the 1st 20-30 minutes of my stay trying to get the WiFi working, including calls with the host and provider which ultimately did not work The neighborhood is a typical close to/off campus area with the wear and tear that you would expect or a bit worse. There are not expected amenities like toiletries at the property. Hate to be picky but I am not entirely comfortable rooting...
