'It was a great holiday.'

'As noted by previous guests the building is dated but not an issue. On arrival reception staff was very helpful and polite. (Note the reception openig times). Location is ideal and only 5 mi utes walk to the town centre. Stayed in room 33 which has a balcony and a decent view of the town and surrounding hills. Bed was very comfortable with good quality linen. No issues with noise external or interior. Room size was good with a double bed. Toilet / shower was a cubicle type and worked well. '

'Our stay at Névé hotel was excellent and I would recommend to others. Hotel is particularly welcoming and suitable for children (ours are 11 and 15) with fantastic amenities for them and adults - a great pool and spa, games room and pool table, which we were able to use for the whole day after we checked out. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, well equipped and comfortable and the whole hotel has a modern, contemporary feel. Excellent breakfast was included. Not a cheap hotel...

'We had a wonderful stay here, right at the foot of the slopes. Our room was amazing as we were on the corner and had a wrap around balcony. It was clean on arrival and serviced daily. Breakfast was nice although there could have been more warm vegetarian options for my friend. The spa facilities were nice after a day on the slopes although the jacuzzi could have been a bit warmer. The staff were warm and friendly and helpful. Ski lockers were a bit small but there is a ski hire shop next...

'The food was excellent and a great choice of drinks. The rooms are tired and small and dont get cleaned every day. The hallways were particularly dirty with stained carpets. Then they only do bins and make beds. They never removed any dirty cups or glasses during our stay. The concept is amazing and some parts are outstanding whilst others require a lot of attention.'

'Op zich een redelijk apartement, balkon was klein, net als de douche-ruimte. Douche zelf was wel lekker. Fijne broodservice in de ochtend. laten schoonmaken is duur en aansluiten op betaalde wifi was voor ons niet mogelijk, we kregen het niet voor elkaar. In de foyer was gelukkig wel goede en gratis wifi. Parkeergarage (wel betaald) onder het gebouw: er fijn. '

'Drie nachten in een vierpersoonskamer met 4 volwassenen was helemaal prima. Goede bedden, perfecte (regen-) douche en apart toilet. Was wel beetje koud op de kamer, verwarming werd niet echt warm en de dekbedden waren aan de dunne kant. Halfpension is perfect, kan niet beter! Ligging hotel ook perfect, straatje uit lopen en je bent op de skipiste. Ook fijn was de skilocker waar de ski's en skischoenen in kunnen. 'The pictures on Expedia were not pictures of the property. We arrived at a room which was worse than a hostel. Small, scruffy and a bedroom no bigger than a double bed. We moved properties at our own expensive but it was the best decision. Having traveled extensively, I have never experienced anything like it before.
