'My family (3 teens & myself) stayed 4 nights here. We spent 3 days on the river, then went to Honeymoon Island on the 4th day. The house is well-equipped with river gear, bedding, and new appliances. We easily made breakfast and snacks with the utensils and kitchen items on hand. The only thing I needed to buy were Kleenex and laundry soap, but that's to be expected. The host had everything from throw blankets to sun hats and oscillating fans ready to use. The temperature of the house was cool...

'Nothing but good things to say about this stay! Property was super clean and cute. You are the upstairs to another larger rental downstairs but all the outdoor areas are separate and it's surprisingly private. You are directly on the river at a great location. We saw manatees every day! The couple of minor issues we had were resolved almost immediately...communication was excellent with the property managers. We'll be back!'

'Definitely a great place to stay, I would say the area has some hidden gems. The river is great, but with a big family we went to Roger’s Park which I highly recommend along with Aripeka Sand hills which was a bonus adventure. Everyone morning we sat out back and watched so many species of fish just pile through the canal. Kids won’t forget this one.'

'We had a great time and the house has a great layout for a couple families. My 12 and 8 year old paddled all the way from the spring head back to the house in their own kayak. Kevin is an amazing host. We appreciate the early check-in, extra supplies (garbage bags, dish soap, shampoo, salt, pepper, and other pantry items, kayaks, paddles, floats and so much more) It made it easy to settle in. He is very responsive to all messages. Thank you so much!'
