'The property is small and cozy as described, facilities are tidy and clean. We couldn’t receive the check-in instructions until we call at check-in time, the problem is solved quickly. A reminder that the toilet door is a reused old front door, that means when you lock it, you should lift the handle up first and then turn the button. The shower door needs a bit hard push to lock and avoid water came out. Overall is satisfactory! If a mirror added inside door the wardrobe, it would be...

'We hebben een prima verblijf gehad in ons appartement. Door de drukke rotonde voor het appartement is het nooit echt stil en het is ook relatief warm in het verblijf. Maar verder voldoet het aan al onze eisen. Alles is aanwezig, het is op loopafstand van een groot winkelcentrum en de eigenaaar is heel erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Alles bij elkaar een prima appartement. '

'Wonderful hosts, beautiful area, linens and cooking utensils provided, as well as a few tea bags and coffee sachets for a cuppa and a sit down when you arrive! easy self check in with amenable hosts. 10/15 min walk to the local high street, and ample parking space. a great self catering stay - does the job, i would happily recommend and stay again. thank you!'

'Communication was non-existent - despite sending plenty of messages through the Expedia app, in the end I only got to speak with the owner when I was stood right outside the property. The beds are next level uncomfortable - very springy and one of them had a proper dip in its middle. Not recommended.'

'Stayed here for one night for business purposes. Wasn’t quite sure when I initially arrived, but was very pleasantly surprised! Had everything - TV, fridge (with milk!), ice, utensils, VERY COMFY DOUBLE bed, en-suite bathroom. Only drawback was there’s no terrestrial TV! Very very good place to stay though!'

'Perfect location for a an action packed week in St. Albans. Elise’s place was exactly what we wanted & exactly as stated. Couldn’t ask for a better spot. Easy check-in & check out & everything we needed. Just be prepared for the 6 flights of stairs if you have a lot of luggage, but essentially no big deal. We loved every minute of our stay & will be back for sure!'

'Die Wohnung war super alles sauber nur leider sehr weit von London central entfernt und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war nicht so gut. Sonst war die Wohnung toll.'
