'Check in was at 4 and we didn’t get a room until 5:30 so that was disappointing. Lots of kids around but it was nice having access to 18+ pools. The pools were great and service was excellent! Could use an upgrade on the beds in the Deluxe rooms. Worth the money of staying at the resort as you have 24 hour access to pools. Nights out there are amazing! '

'The location has awesome views of the surrounding mountains. Breakfast was excellent every morning. The hosts are full of local knowledge. We were in the annex, and I enjoyed cooking on a professional stove. I cannot recommend highly enough. We will be back.'

'My favorite place in Colorado. Sparkling clean, thoughtful amenities, mountain meadow-like setting, super staff, on site cafe and tavern with live music most evenings, indoor and al fresco seating.NO TV because there's too much to do in Pagosa. As their slogan says, have fun!'

'I had the BEST time on my trip to Pagosa Springs! This location was absolutely amazing! When I arrived, the check-in process was smooth and wonderful - there were multiple staff members checking people in, so I didn’t have to wait at all. At the Welcome Center, they were also hosting a welcome “happy hour” which was so nice after a long day of driving! This location is beautifully maintained and my unit was newly renovated and very clean. I had everything I needed - a full kitchen with ALL...

'As a frequent traveller between Minnesota and Arizona, my wife and I have struggled to find 5-star level accommodation along the way. Luckily, we stumbled upon opulent yet down home comfortable Keyah tucked outside the scenic mountain town of Pagosa. Keyah has a lot of great reviews and they deserve it as McKenzie makes a wonderful hostess and chef. The panoramic views and hikes are impeccable. This is truly a great American luxury destination spot.'
