'The rooms were unclean even at check in the bedsheets were dirty the staff never offered clean sheets nor clean room. The chair was dirty their were roaches everywhere I took photos and complained to management yet nothing done'

'I have been to Hilton Southern Pines, NC before and enjoyed. This time I saw a few differences. Towels were SO inadequate for a Hilton hotel. Thin, with threads hanging , just not what you expect from a Hilton. For some reason, our room was not cleaned, bed not made and no fresh towels. The pillows were HORRIBLE, not sure why they changed their pillows but again, not what I would expect from a Hilton hotel. I wasn't there long enough to check out the rest of the hotel, but it did look...
