Speciale dank aan de hosts: goede communiatie vooraf, proberen aan alle wensen te voldoen en zijn heel vriendelijk. Wij hebben genoten van het appartement en van Wenen en kunnen Appartments Ferchergasse zeer aanbevelen.'

'When I arrived, the room had trash on the floor and under the bed. There was also a hole in the back of the door, like someone punched it. The kitchen was dirty and the fridge had moldy food in it - the moldy food was still in the fridge when I checked out! For a one week stay, I was given only one bath towel. 'Bad experience. Dirty shared showers toilet and hallway areas. These areas should be cleaned once a day otherwise they filthy. Hair on the bed. Holes in sheets. Loud tenants in complex - hard to sleep. Long ways out of Vienna center. Area not so nice. But the price was reasonable.'
