'The e-mail for check in had not been received on the Hotels.com chat by 2pm, so i messaged and it did come through asap then. On arrival it was easy to find the key box and gain entrance. The stairs in hallway were a bit rough and the carpet is a bit loose and dirty/worn in patches. The door to our room was not very secure and a firm push would open the door without need for a key. 'Appartment set up with fridge and ability to prepare your own food. Very good bed, small bathroom but functional. Very good shower. All nice and clean. Located in Wood Wharf near Union Square. Subway within 5min walk. Restaurants and bar nearby. Would definitely recommend'

'The place opened up a year ago. Easy to get to on the tube from Heathrow Airport on the Picadilly line. My six nights stay was a delight. The studio offers a homey experience. It is a pleasure to read or listen to the music and the common space by the reception which is nicely decorated. and feels like a living room. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming.'

'Ontvangst weer allerhartelijkst. Ik was hier voor de 3e keer en had nu een kamer op de bg. Dat kwam heel goed uit qua temperatuur, want ik was in een hittegolf beland. Daar merk je op de bg minder van. De kamer was net gerenoveerd en heel charmant gestyled. Zie ook foto. Alles was spiksplinter nieuw en van goede kwaliteit, en heel schoon.
