'I was only here for one night. However, It was a clean stay. Receptionist was friendly and nice. I smelled the cleaning products when I walked into the room. Breakfast was good. Overall, it was a great night. '

'The check-inn was unkind. We arrived very tired and when we got to bed we found a dead cockroach in the bathroom. We were too tired to dress again and put the dead animal aside. When leaving we showed the picture of the cockroach and complained about the cleaning. No sorries, no compensation and only two persons behind the desk discussing how the cockroach got into the room. Only to us “send the picture to us!”.We left disappointed and confused. Offical complaint will follow. Never back again...
