'We have been on the road for more than two weeks and lodged in many places. This Best Western Plus is the best hotel among all the places we have stayed. The breakfast is also the best in terms of quality and the service. '

'The hotel looked nice and had good reviews, but upon entering our room, we were very disappointed in the lack of cleanliness. The carpet was dirty, the pull out couch was stained and beyond gross. The layout of the room was awesome, it was quite large, but the sofa bed mattress pretty much felt like springs covered in a thin blanket. 'Air conditioning was good, parking was good, staff was great. Waitresses in café were excellent. The casino...not so good. We use to come to Model T because of the casino but noticed this time that the machines were few and definitely not as good. Our room was ok, didn't shower as the shower did not look clean. The drain looked as tho it hadnt been cleaned in months, was afraid to put my bare feet on shower floor. It's a good possibility that we won't be staying there again.'

'The room was not entirely clean. The floors were swept and surfaces appeared wiped down, but the whole room smelled of chlorine so badly that I had to leave the windows open for a few hours to clear it out. I paid for two king bed suites on the second floor and I was given two queen bed rooms on the lower floor. There was hair on the bathtub floor and on the bed sheets. Lots of better places to stay in winnemucca. '

'I would like my money back. The area of town was terrible. It was a hovel for the druggy homeless type. Junky personal effects stacked up outside the room entries.'
