'This is not exactly a hotel-type of establishment. It’s more like several an apartelle/rooms/suites in one building. Nevertheless, my experience with them was still a positive one. They don’t have a 24 hour front desk/lobby. However, late check-ins like ours can easily be accommodated. The room/apartment assigned to us was clean and spacious. AC was cold. Parking is on the street and seems very limited. There doesn’t seem to be an elevator. Overall, a positive experience. My only issue...

'Arrived in their place but apparently it wasnt booked by expedia and told us weve been scammed. Contacted expedia and they said casa calungsod will email us. Received an email from them and the reason why they cant accommodate us is technical glitch. Asked for a refund but up to now no refund Received.Holiday ruined. Travelled all the way from ilocos just to find out we are not booked.'

'Going to the area felt unsafe. We used a ranger ford as our transpo and the road going there is too narrow. You can only use motorcycle based on when were about to check in. We actually decided not to go to the place coz we felt unsafe. '

'The pool was really nice and new, the bedrooms were spacious and clean, the bathrooms needs to be updated, it’s moldy and the floors are dirty, the kitchen is old, the cabinets are old and the cabinet doors don’t close, some of the cups are chipped, kitchen knives too old and the bath towels are too thin'

'we had a nice stay at sophia's cedar peak, our little girl loved it. emjay was a great host. he was responsive and helpful. the property's location can't be beat. it was within walking distance of everything we were interested in doing in baguio for our little girl's first time. the studio had everything we needed. basic kitchen, nice shower (it was hot and had good water pressure), and even a small dining table. what you see in the picture is what you will get. there are things to note,...
