'The property was clean and decorated nicely with antiques, etc and sat on a nice area with trees and pretty views.
The staff was ok, though not overly friendly compared to other places we have stayed.
We liked that coffee was available 24/7.
There is not an elevator so if you have heavy bags, you will want to stay on the main floor.'

'We had a room with a toilet that was running nonstop, when we left to go to dinner we stopped at the front desk and reported it. The guy who was working said he would send someone up to look at it. We got back about 2 hours later and no one had been there to check on it so we had to listen to it run all night. It’s not that big a deal but with the price of the rooms it should have at least been acknowledged.'

'First, I thought I was registered for the hotel across from the Indianapolis Convention Center, which was not the case. That meant I had to walk everyday to the Convention center for the event I was in town for. I use a cane, did not want to spend extra money on uber, so thankfully I managed.
Second, the hotel didn't have the expected extra restaurants or other things that they have advertised.
Third, they did not have a microwave in the room and you had to go down to heat up any food or...
