'Prettig wintersporthotel'

Meest dichtbijzijnde restaurant was 20 minuten rijden.

'Pros: 1. Next to the Interlaken West station 2. Huge grocery store across from hotel where you can get your essentials 3. Small eateries/restaurants just outside of hotel 4. Located on the main street in Interlaken West with retail shops. This street leads to the Interlaken Ost station (if prefer to walk). 5. Hotel breakfast spread is pretty good and opening hours are "reasonably allocated" Cons: 1. Whilst the room is neat and clean with coffee and tea facilities, but the pillow is extremely...

'Good rooms, very good breakfast and good balance between prive - quality.'

'Our stay was truly special and one we will remember fondly. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the warm, friendly staff, who were always kind, attentive, and happy to help. It’s those little personal touches that make a stay feel so much more than just a hotel experience. We also really enjoyed the hotel’s food, which added another lovely dimension to our stay. The amenities were wonderful, and the whole atmosphere made it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. And the view of the...

Onze Corner Room with Eiger View was ruim en had veel privacy.

'I rarely write reviews, but I feel obligated to share our recent experience at this hostel to potentially save future travelers from the disappointment and frustration we encountered. Our first major issue was the accommodation. We were given a room that was entirely different from what we had booked online. When we raised this issue with the staff, we were met with an unsympathetic response: "You have to accept the room as we have no others available." This level of customer service was not...

'Excellent breakfast! Good location'

'Location is great but don’t expect too much. Very expensive for the value you get, run down carpets, small and dated room with hardly any amenities. Shower in small bath tub with a shower head reaching up to half of my height. From the 7 hotels we’ve visited across Switzerland, one of the most expensive but underwhelming experiences.'
