'very well furnished house for a large group. With friends and family staying in the vicinity, we were able to have up to 25 people for a dinner or a lunch without too much effort. Everything is very simple, but in the winter with all the coats and shoes, we lacked space to put things away or hang them. The heating was barely coping with the vast spaces, luckily it wasn't too cold. The kitchen is fantastic, and overall we had a great Christmas time.'

'Perfect, very complete holiday house. Very nice decorated, great pool and lots of privacy. We extended our stay as it was perfect. Nice places to spot nearby. Golf course (9 holes) within 15 min drive. Owners are helpfull. House was cool despite the lack of airco. Definitely worth a visit.'

'We were with 8 adults and had a lovely stay in the Perigord region with quiet surroundings. Just the sound of a lot of birds keeps you awake during the day. The castle is very well equipped and decorated and not to big, neither to small. It fits the number of guests very good. You can visit several nice little towns(one or two stars Michelin!) but make cycle or walking tours as well. In short: lovely castle and park, everything you need is there.'

'Très bon acceuil, Annabelle et Jean Christophe sont très sympas et disponibles, emplacement très calme au coeur de la verdure, la châtaigneraie apporte de la fraicheur, le mobile home est très propre et joliment décoré, tous les équipements fonctionnent bien, situé tout près d'Excideuil, petite ville périgourdine avec toutes les commodités, la région est magnifique'
