'Great location for easy access to Cooper’s Hawk golf course, Melbourne , and the White River at Guion. Very clean and efficient space appointed with basic supplies and toiletries. Very comfortable bed with higher end bed linens/sheets. Peaceful, pretty and private location. Our host was super nice and checked to make sure we didn’t need a thing. Recommend staying here! '

'We had a wonderful weekend getaway. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. The view of the river was amazing. The adult kids loved kayaking. We caught lots of fish off the bank. Sitting on the deck playing cards was lots of fun. The dogs had plenty of yard to run and loved swimming in the river. '

'My family was celebrating my dad’s 70th birthday. There was a total of 8 of us and our mini poodle. The house is wonderful and beautiful! The kitchen is well stocked, I can’t think of anything we needed that wasn’t there already. There is plenty of beds and bathrooms. We never felt crowded. The lake of course is where we spent our days fishing and we took advantage of the paddle boat and canoe! There was plenty of life jackets, floats and chairs! 'Very roomy property, less than a 1/2 mile from public access to the Spring River and less that a 10 min drive to damn #3.Just a hop skip and a jump off Main Street that runs through down town Mammoth Springs. '

'We stayed with our 4 children there are plenty of things to do around the area. The pool was great a short 1 minute walk which was perfect for the little ones and the pool water was nice and warm. The beautiful park with the waterfall right down the road. Lots of places to fish. Loved this place and will surely stay again. Also it was very easy to get a hold of the host and he also got right back to us. '

'My son and I came into Arkansas to visit family for vacation. We stayed at the lake house very clean. The weather was a bit muggy but other than that we had a wonderful time and then we got a rain storm which was so awesome to sit on the porch and watch if you’re thinking about staying here I would definitely recommend it.'

'Well-decorated place with two good-sized bedrooms, a large bathroom, and open living space and kitchen. We didn't use the kitchen all that much, but everything else was wonderful (and it was great to get out of the southern heat into the nice A/C -- my New-Englander self was happy about that). The host was incredibly helpful and polite, no complaints here!'

'I loved staying here. It was a wonderful home away from away while away. Definitely will try to book the next time I am in the area! The property manager was lovely and it is walking distance away from the grocery store. Also there are a ton of local eateries as well. '
