'We loved this place. Although all cabins are on the road, we may have seen 5 cars a day drive by. The property is 3 miles up the mountain from the main drag in Cherokee. We felt secluded. The fire pit in the front is fabulous. We could hear roaring Wright's Creek behind the cabin. The cabin was clean and inviting. The bed was comfortable. It was 10 minutes from Cherokee, where you had restaurants, shops, and the Oconaluftee Visitor Center, where we enjoyed seeing the elk early morning and late afternoon. 'It's in a rural spot off the highway but great location for what we wanted. We visited Franklin gem mines, Cherokee, and Bryson City all within a short drive. The house was clean minus a few dust bunnies. It definitely has some wear and tear but for the cost and location I have no complaints. My only negative which I'm not sure if the home owner can even control is that the tap water smelled horrible. Bring your own drinking water. '

'The cabin is nice and right by the water. Loved the river access. The only problem was the neighbors dog which was sweet and very friendly to kids and my dog which I paid 150 to bring. I also kept my dog crated when we went anywhere ( she weighs 6 pounds) but when we returned from town I stepped in a big pile of fresh dog crap! We also had to keep shoes on children because apparently dogs that live around there use the parking area and around the deck for a potty. I picked up after my dog but it...

"This is it! It doesnt get any better than this folks! This Top Tier Resort easily competes with the most Vegas Hotels. No Surprise though since its managed by Harrah's. Its huge, lots a walking to and from Hotel room to Casino and Parking, A nice beautiful walk though with a river flowing beneath. Very Friendly personel. Food at Gordon Ramsey wasnt up to par unfortunately. Burgers were put on 2 ct buns"
