'I needed a place close to the stadium and this fit the bill perfectly. I apparently didn’t throughly read the description that my unit was upstairs but that wasn’t a problem. I had difficulty getting the gate code to work, but Willy came right over and all was well. The place was perfect for me. As for other reviews, I did not have any ant problems and the place was clean. Being from So. CA I loved the hundreds of fireflies at dusk. I would recommend. Just be aware of it being upstairs. '

'What a great location for Kansas City, I still can't believe we were able to get this a few days before Nebraska fans invaded the city for the game at Arrowhead. Close to Arrowhead Kauffman, downtown, westport, great food, nice neighborhood, etc. Had a hard time getting a ton of water pressure in the master bathroom shower, but a very very minor issue given how well the house worked for us. '

'Nice space, very comfortable and peaceful area. Exterior was well lit. Easy access. Beds were soft. Dale responded to my inquiries quickly. Wifi. TVs in 2 bedroom as well as living room. Didn't use kitchen but well stocked. Had a great stay for the Royals Game'

'We had 6 family members from ages 16 to 88 & we really enjoyed our stay. The property is clean & has all the gadgets necessary for an enjoyable stay. We'll be back. '

'Check in was real easy, gorgeous kitchen. It just needs a deeper pot and a colander to make spaghetti other than that. Everything was there that we needed.'

'Quick visit to KC and this was a great place to stay with so much to do within walking distance or a quick ride. If I had any questions the response time was in minutes and if I visit KC again I would look at booking here.'
