'My friends and I visited the Royalton for my 40th birthday. The overall experience was amazing. We purchased the diamond club for our stay, which included butler service, access to private beach, access to top shelf drinks, and VIP access to all restaurants. We had three separate butlers, but overall the service was okay. The butler did the best they could to support us, but the service was average. The resort itself was absolute amazing. The grounds were kept beautiful, the pool and the beach...

'Dining options are good!
Hotel is a bit noisy because of slamming doors and interconnecting doors.
"balcony is too small.
No elevator from rooms to the beach. (still have to take stairs from ground floor to beach...bad news for people with bad knees)
