'Rain fell on the last night and there was a lot of water from the lobby to the dining area; although an umbrella was provided in the room and was used, feet and foot wear got soaking wet on way to dinner. Suggestion to have better drainage so the water does not build up when it rains.
Parking was an issue when arrived but luckily I was able to squeeze vehicle in a tight area.'

'I paid for a beachfront view however, what I received was a view of the hotel room on the other side of the building. I spoke to hotel staff I was told “the beach is to the left of you bend over and look to the right you will see the beach”. That’s not my idea of a beachfront room. I would like a refund of my money because I was bamboozled! See photo!'

'Awesome place to stay and relax. Entertainment was good. Mini bar bottles are not mini which in my eyes is great! Staff was amazing and food was the best I've had in an all inclusive resort. I really enjoyed this couple resort. I highly recommend it.
Shout out to my guys out there. Shamar and Chris from the water sports team. Rajay and my anime boy Alex from the bar. And the best waiter Hubert! RESPECT!'

'Dining options are good!
Hotel is a bit noisy because of slamming doors and interconnecting doors.
"balcony is too small.
No elevator from rooms to the beach. (still have to take stairs from ground floor to beach...bad news for people with bad knees)
