So many better places to go to in Montego Bay! We originally booked this hotel for 3 nights but glad we only stayed for 1 night. Awful place!'

'We just spent our 25th anniversary week at The Palms and had a great time. The resort is stunning and the staff is so friendly and helpful. The treehouses are so adorable and clean. The bed was super comfortable, the pillows weren’t the best, but nothing is like my own pillow! Housekeeping did a great job everyday cleaning and restocking towels and our mini fridge. 'Everything about this resort was GREAT! We had so much fun, the food was so good, and there were so many fun things to do. The resort is right on a beautiful beach that is perfect for swimming. The staff were extremely nice and very helpful. The resort was very clean and up to date. Our room was cleaned and the mini fridge/bar was restocked daily. would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking to go to Montego Bay!'
