So many better places to go to in Montego Bay! We originally booked this hotel for 3 nights but glad we only stayed for 1 night. Awful place!'

'Very clean complex. Food at buffet okay, nothing to brag about. Steak house and Italian restaurants were excellent. Very poor communication. There for five days had tv replaced three times. Needed Splenda for coffee never got it. If you asked the maid for something they would say they don’t do that and that was the end. Were not helpful at all. Bartender in the sports bar was the best. Really not a friendly staff.'
